Bowen’s Journey
Bowen remembers a battle.
The pain. The defeat. The death.
After losing his life alongside his Guardian Beasts, he awakens in another dimension, in a forest near Hercas Village.
He is alive.
But the world around him is not the one he knew.
Here, there are Summoners, creatures called Familiars and forces governed by entirely new rules.
And within Bowen, something seems to exist that those rules cannot explain.
The Void.
A Vast and Dangerous World
Hercas Village is only the beginning.
Bowen’s journey will lead him to meet new Summoners, face dangerous creatures and gain a deeper understanding of Familiars and the world in which he has awakened.
From Hercas Village to Dragon City and the Azure Dragon Academy, every step reveals more of Astrian.
But growing stronger also means attracting new dangers.
Because in this world, a Familiar can mean power, prestige and even access to a better future.
And some are willing to kill to claim one.
The Mystery of the Void
Of all the summoned beings in existence, Void Summons are among the rarest and most dangerous.
They are beings from other dimensions, with wills of their own and a connection to a force entirely different from that of ordinary summons.
Their power can consume the Summoner’s own life force.
For a Summoner who is too weak, controlling them can mean death.
Only exceptionally rare individuals seem to possess what it takes to truly connect with them.
Bowen must therefore understand more than how to use his power.
He must discover why he, of all people, possesses something like it.
